De Mapimí a Bermejillo hay un pueblito sencillo que se llama San José. Esta en medio del desierto y les juro que es muy cierto lo que yo les cantare. En el kilómetro dos paso la tragedia atroz Juan había fumado hierba. La convino con alcohol y bien loco asesino a su mujer y a su suegra. Por chismes en el poblado Juan estaba separado de su querida mujer. La culpa era de su suegra que ocasiono la tragedia y la sangre hizo correr. Hubo un baile en la región polkas de punta y talón levantaban polvareda. Su mujer palideció cuando Estrada apareció y empezó la balacera. Esteban y Salvador cuñados del malhechor llegaron en mala hora. Con ráfagas de metralla le dieron muerte al canalla con un ametralladora. Al final le dijo adiós aquel kilómetro dos y también a Bermejillo. Adiós adiós Mapimí llorando me voy de aquí ya les cante mi corrido.
