What data we process
The SITE does not directly store, access or collect any information about the user or their devices. The content of the site (lyrics, artists, videos) is static and informational.
Dedications created on the site are not stored on our servers: the card is generated inside your own browser, and the data you type (names and message) is never sent to us. The resulting image stays on your device until you choose to share it.
Third-party services
Because the SITE uses Google Analytics for usage statistics, Google AdSense and ToneFuse for advertising, and YouTube to display videos, it is possible that these platforms store, access or collect information indirectly (for example, through cookies). By using the SITE, the user accepts the policies of the integrated platforms:
- Google privacy policy (Analytics, AdSense and YouTube)
- ToneFuse privacy policy (advertising)
- YouTube Terms of Service (video playback)
The SITE does not use or collect user information in the process of loading videos through the YouTube API: every API call is made using only data from the static content of the SITE. The SITE keeps a cache of each video URL for 30 days; after that time, the cache is refreshed with a new call to the API.
